These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gunvise.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Gun Vise LLC ("Gun Vise," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Our products are precision armorer tools, including the Secure-50 Vise Block and replacement contact plates. We strive to describe and display our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from images due to display settings and manufacturing.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing or other errors at any time — even after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order due to such an error, we will notify you and issue a refund for any amount charged.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored on our servers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at [email protected] to discuss a return or exchange. Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our products. Except for any limited warranty we expressly provide in writing, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Our products are intended for lawful use only by individuals who are legally permitted to own and maintain the firearms and equipment they are used with. You are solely responsible for using our products safely and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and the manufacturer's instructions for your equipment. Always follow proper safety procedures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gun Vise LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is the property of Gun Vise LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gun Vise LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or products or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.
